The most flavorful meal I've had in a long time. Simply terrific. Our server was also immensely knowledgeable of the food & ingredients, & was very friendly, too.

Le menu découvertr était sublime, composé de six généreux services qui mettaient en valeur la richesse des produits locaux & la créativité de la cuisine. Le service était aussi à la hauteur, les serveurs prenant un plaisir évident à expliquer les plats souvent complexes qu'ils nous présentaient. Nous avons passé une très agréable soirée dans une ambiance accueillante en compagnie d'une équipe manifestement au sommet de son art.

Un moment parfait où tous les petits détails ont été réfléchis.
J'ai été vraiment été impressionnée par la qualité des plats servis, l'impressionnante carte des vins qui propose des millésimes intéressants & l'accès à des producteurs de niche, un service impeccable & personnalisé ( merci Florence!) sans parler du décor magnifique & du savon à main !
Définitivement un incontournable à Québec!

What a lovely space to have brunch! Lovely staff, great food & even better service. Not a single complaint here - that pear mimosa will be in my dreams for years to come! Can't wait to return.

Dinner at @bistroorygine was an enjoyable experience. The flavour profiles are clean & more on milder sides. Overall it was pretty good, & we got to taste local Quebec ingredients. Service was nice & friendly.
