En fait la nourriture n'est pas au niveau du reste de l'expérience (plusieurs faux pas pour les prix demandés) mais félicitations pour les options végé/vegan directement sur le menu.
Le service était IMPECCABLE, pro & hyper sympathique. Une carte des vins dispendieuse mais impressionnante.

Our dinner was excellent! Sampson & the other staff are talented, professional & gracious & the food was excellent. We did the tasting menu with wine. Well worth the price. The chef & team are celebrating & honoring the region with their passion & cooking.

The food & ambiance were excellent however two of our guests were not served their meals at the same time as the others & we had to ask the servers to bring their food. I think the menu lends to confusion as food was brought out according to where the food items appeared on the menu. This was not explained to us when we arrived.

On m'a apporté la mise en bouche après mon entrée, on ne m'a jamais servi mon 2e verre de vin tel que demandé, mon serveur n'est jamais revenu me voir pour me demander si je désirais un dessert. J'ai attendu très longtemps pour avoir ma facture & encore un bon moment pour pouvoir la payer.
