Nourriture excellente, le menu & le chef permettent de faire des variations afin de faciliter les allergies alimentaires, j'ai une intolérance au lactose & TOUT pouvait se modifier, wow!

We had a party of 8. The food was fantastic & the cocktail pairing was excellent. The staff was very professional & we all had a great experience. I'd recommend this restaurant to friends.

The food was delicious, well worth the price. I wasn't a huge fan of the 2/6 non-alcoholic pairings as they were savoury, but the other 4 were perfect.

This was a wonderful dining experience. Starting with the warm hospitality & excellent staff, we enjoyed the complex & original cocktails. Every dish was interesting, full of flavor & beautifully presented. Thank you!

What a treat this was! We did the omnivore tasting menu with the “oryginal” wine pairing. Most of the dishes were some of the best I’ve had ever at a restaurant. The eggplant tacos, halibut, & duck were favorites. Pumpkin cake with raspberries & cream was delectable!! We loved the introduction to wines from the region. The herbal mint/parsnip tea was a surprising welcome at the end of the meal. Veal crudo was a bit of a miss for us but that could be a matter of personal preference. The staff worked together to serve & they were polite & informative, but they seemed as if they had been there for a while & just seemed tired. Lovely, lovely outdoor patio set in this ancient Old Quebec building. So idyllic. From where we sat, we got a glimpse of the St Lawrence river but there were other tables that had a more direct view. I can’t wait to return when we make another trip here soon!! Until then, Thank you for a wonderful evening!

We first ate at the restaurant in 2019. When we came back in summer of 2023, it was even better. Fantastic juxtaposition of surprising elements done just right. If you're in old Quebec City, don't miss this place!
