A M A Z I N G ! ! ! We did the tasting menu & wine pairing. It was beyond delicious. My partner is pescatarian & they adapted hers to be the vegan options + the fish options which was perfect. Incredible use of vegetables & ingredients. This was a perfect anniversary date dinner.

La nourriture était excellente! Petit bémol le serveur offre (insiste) de prendre deux repas, il mentionne que les portions sont petites & que nous devrions prendre deux repas! je comprends que c'est de la vente & du pourboire de plus. C'est ce qui nous a déplus à notre table de quatre personnes! Mais J'y retournerai certainement.

la nourriture est excellente !
l'ambiance: plusieurs serveurs courent partout: crée une ambiance stressée plutôt qu'agréable & reposante.
le service: beaucoup trop de style: "vente sous pression". Très déagréable.

Le service était impeccable. Cependant , il faut plus informer les clients dans le menu découverte avant la commande. Parce que, ce que nous avons mangé, n'était pas dans nos goûts. Nous savons que c'est un menu découverte, mais il y a des limites pour certains clients qui n'ont pas le palais raffiné pour ce
genre de repas. Nous avons été vraiment déçus. Avoir été informés, nous ne l'aurions jamais choisi. 300$ mal dépensés pour nous gâter.

La nourriture est évaluée en comparaison avec celle du restaurant Initiale (maintenant fermé), cependant en comparaison avec l'ensemble des restaurants de notre ville de Québec, nous ne sommes pas loin du 5 étoiles particulièrement ce plat de flétan si savoureux
