A review needs to be honest with the aim for improvement. We had the Quebec Gourmand experience. The courses were generally uninspiring with very small portions. With the wine flight was vastly overpriced.

Nous avons choisi le menu 5 services : un souper parfait avec des mets raffinés autant pour la présentation que pour le goût. Les accords mets-vins choisis avec soin par le sommelier nous en ont mis plein les papilles en nous permettant de faire de belles découvertes.Le fond musical était discret ce qui nous a permis de jaser entre amis sans être obligés de hausser le ton.Je veux souligner également le professionnalisme du personnel en salle. Les 4 personnes à notre table ont toutes apprécié la soirée!
