Le concept & la décoration sont bien posés & s'affirment avec une certaine majesté.
Un restaurant faisant la part belle aux produits locaux & aux végétaux, avec l'accord mets & vins l'orygine, vous voyagez à travers tout le Canada & même un peu plus loin... Le vin y est excellent & extrêmement bien adapté aux plats de la carte découverte.

Un service & un accueil exceptionnel, réactif, souriant, le personnel connaît son affaire, l'on sent une certaine forme d'art au travers de leurs prestations.

Quand à la cuisine... des goûts & des couleurs qui ont su nous transporter & nous faire découvrir un monde organique d'une rare beauté... tout y est travaillé avec soin & amour, du goût des aliments au dressage des assiettes, une passion ne se sent qu'au travers de personnes passionnées... & c'est la toute la beauté de l'expérience...

Restaurant très sympathique, l'ambiance & le décor sont super. Le personnel est compétant, accueillant & nous met à l'aise. Le menu découverte avec accord met & vin était bien travaillé, de bon vin très bien accordé au plat, bravo. Si j'aurai juste une mini remarque à faire, ce serait juste que les proportions sont assez généreuses (5 vrai plat ) & attention à la cuisson du porc. Prévoir 3h pour le menu découverte.
