Nous avons été très bien accueillies. La nourriture était excellente & d'une très bonne qualité. Nous avons aussi eu droit à un service hors pair. Nous recommandons ce restaurant sans hésitation. Merci à toute l'équipe.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre repas qualité, ambiance & courtoisie était au rendez-vous. Nous avons été 2 fois lors de nos derniers séjours à Québec & nous y retournerons certainement. Merci

Entrée rouleau du printemps au canard confit= sans goût , produit industriel congelé , même la sauce accompagnement sans goût, sauce industriel décongelé aussi. . Salade d'accompagnement= vinaigrettes fade & sans goût . Même chose pour la salade verte de mon conjoint. Potage aux courges, servi à peine tiède & peu gouteux. Pain = 2 tranches de baguettes qui était sèche & 6 croutons dans le fond du panier.
Nos assiettes de filet mignon par contre était tendre & cuit à point. Légumes d'accompagnement était aussi délicieux. Les desserts Ok & le vin aussi. Ont y retourne= NON trop chère pour le peu de qualité servi.

Excellente cuisine...comme toujours & un bel accueil empressé en dépit du fort achalandage & ce en dépit d'une malheureuse pénurie de personnel...un des meilleurs rapports qualité-prix à Québec !

Ce restaurant est une valeur sûre. Tout est toujours parfait: l'accueil, le service, la qualité de la nourriture, l'atmosphère etc. J'adore être au Louis-Hébert !

L'un de mes restaurants préférés de Québec. Ingrédients de qualité, cuisine raffinée, service attentionné. Bref, tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un excellent moment.

Les plats étaient sans nul doute excellents.

Cependant, très déçue du service qui a été extrêmement long & fastidieux.. nous sommes arrivés à 19h15 & il y a eu un problème entre les 2 serveurs, nous avons eu nos entrées seulement 1h plus tard .. & nous avons dû relancer car nous nous sentions un peu oublier par notre serveur. Le plat a été tout aussi long (encore 1h d'attente). Après autant d'attente, nous n'avons pas pris de dessert.

C'était notre première fois chez Louis Hébert, & la fête de mon conjoint, nous sommes donc déçus car nos attentes étaient très hautes ..

Je ne remets cependant pas en cause la qualité des plats qui étaient je repète étaient tous très bons.
