Tout était parfait : le service, la nourriture, la décoration. Chose rare dans les restaurants : l 'excellent choix musical. On peut se parler sans être envahi par de la musique techno. Le personnel travaille en équipe & offre un service impeccable. Je recommande ce restaurant à quiconque veut vivre une expérience gastronomique dans une ambiance chaleureuse.

We moved to Quebec in November last & while we were looking for a home prior to November we had dinner at Louis Hebert & we loved it. The atmosphere is warm & inviting & the service has always been impecable. This would be our fifth visit to the Louis Hebert & everytime I would rate it with a 5 star! Certainly will recommend it to everyone!

Acceuil généreux, Menu varié & imaginatifs. Plats exécutés à partir d'ingrédients variés, choisis & frais (crevettes particul;ièrement délectables) & préparés avec grand goût. Service de tyrès bon style, empressés & reservé à la fois, généreux d'explications lorsque sollicité. Décor du Québec très bien entretenu. Recommandé avec certitude.

We basically picked this establishment at random as a place to have a nice meal while we were in Québec. We found the place very inviting & both my partner & I were blown away by how wonderful the food & service were. We're no strangers to fine dining, & would heartily recommend Louis-Hébert to anyone looking for a really special dining experience. Merci to all involved.
