Belle ambiance dans le restaurant, mais les tables sont collées les une avec les autre.

Je trouve que la quantité & qualité a vraiment diminuer. Nous avons apportez nos restant mais mon amie m'a laisser la lasagne pour y goûter.. j'y ai goûter pour dîner. Je me demande s'ils n'ont pas oublier de mettre de la sauce à l'intérieur.. ça ne goûtait que les pâtes & un peu de fromage.. & moi j'ai pris un veau parmigiana. Le veau ok, mais la quantité de pâte tellement minime.. & j'avais l'impression que les pâtes était du réchauffé & avec beaucoup moins d'ail que d'habitude .. épais & pas du tout comme avant. De plus notre entrée de fondu.. nous sommes parti à rire tant que nous avions un fond dans le petit pot pour les tomates(environ 6 petits carrés).. nous en avons demander car une fondu sans salade c'est beaucoup moins agréable à manger. Il me semble qu'on servait cela avec autre choses & un bon bol de tomates en cubes.... Voilà, en espérant que vous retrouvez vos valeurs de début.. pour le moment j'irai essayer les nouveaux italiens du coin. Merci

C'était notre 1ere visite chez vous & ce ne sera pas la dernière.
Notre expérience a débuter des l'accueil , l'ambiance, la déco c'est ce que je recherchais.
La gentillesse & bienveillance du personnel tout le long a été très apprécié.
Que dire de nos plats ? WoW
Pâtes champignons: Goûteux, chaud, quantité idéale.
Pizza roquette: pâtes incroyables, produits frais, invitait nos papilles.

Très belle soirée au Matto de l'hôtel 71 dans le Vieux-Québec. Nous avons goûté la minestrone, les calmars frits, les pâtes aux champignons & les ris de veau, Tout était excellent & le service ultra sympathique. Petit bémol, la carte des vins qui est un peu courte.
