Ma nouvelle place à sushi! J'ai été agréablement surprise : frais, goûteux, portions de taille parfaite & un choix de sushis intéressant, sans tomber dans le' trop funky'. Un coup de coeur.

Pendant longtemps, le Kimono était mon incontournable, mais ils ont beaucoup perdu en qualité & je suis contente d'avoir trouvé une alternative.

J'ai passé une suberbe soirée en compagnie de ma fille. Le service était excellent, servis par Emma & tony , le service était rapide & efficace! Le saumon était un peu trop cuit mais les serveurs ont proposé de le remettre en cuisine, mais c'était pas nécessaire. Le tout était très parfait! merci & à bientôt. Je viens ici depuis 20 ans dès le commencement & plus & je suis toujours autant ravis. Mon coup de coeur : saumon moutarde & wakame!

Came here last Friday with a few friends after a long week & honestly it was exactly what we needed. The salmon tataki was incredible, super fresh & beautifully plated, the kind of dish you end up talking about on the drive home. Our server was attentive without being overbearing, kept the sake recommendations coming & made the whole evening feel effortless. If you're looking for a solid sushi spot in Quebec City for a relaxed night out, Eddie is absolutely worth it.
