A sincere thank you to the staff. If I could give 500 stars, I would. My partner & I - visiting from Toronto - stumbled into this bar at 10PM because it was the only place still open, blissfully unaware of the amazing drinks & karaoke. The atmosphere, crowd, & bistro were all top notch, but the part that must be commended is the service.

We (especially me) drank too much & were completely wasted by the time the bar was shutting down. One of the staff members walked us to our AirBnB, made sure we got in safely, & told off a man who was harassing us. If not for him, I don't even know if we would've made it back as we had difficulty opening the door due to the snow. I didn't get his name, but the care & diligence he showed in taking care of his customers was greatly appreciated, especially now that I've sobered up. :-)

I highly recommend this bar to anyone looking for a fun, lively, yet still welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely return when we visit Quebec again.

J'ai eu mal à partir avec un portier. L'employéi porte des tatouages dans le visage a été insolent. Ça faisait pas 4 minutes que j'étais dans le bar que je me faisait voler mon porte feuille. Il y avait ce soir là Beaucoup de personnes de moins de 18 sns dans le bar & des sans abris.

Un bar super, très bien. Mais la bouffe!!!! WWOOOWWWW!!! Nous avons prit la poutine au cerf & oignon ainsi que la joue de boeuf braisée patate au four. Omg! La poutine est un savoureux mélange entre un plat classique québécois parfaitement apprêté combiné à une bonne assiette réconfortante. Magnifique! & que dire de la joue! Du beurre tellement c'était tendre. Ça fondait dans la bouche. Un couteau? Pas besoin! Les légumes, les oignons frit, la patate au four avec bcp de fromage & une bonne quantité de crème sur! DÉ-LI-CIEUX! Rien à envier à de grands restaurant! Le rapport qualité prix est au delà de nos attentes! Un félicitation grandement mérité à l'équipe en cuisine!

Great local restaurant with traditional Quebecois pub fare. Poutine did not disappoint per other comments I had read prior to coming. Beef cheek was decent but I prefer the cheeks at Chez Boulay. Au gratin potatoes came cold, gravy for the poutine was nice & hot but gravy served with beef cheeks was barely lukewarm. Nonetheless, it's also a great place to watch the hockey game or any other sports of the season.

Just had the best time at Ninkasi. Shoutout to Maëlle, who provided an amazing experience from start to finish. She was super friendly, an excellent host, incredibly knowledgeable about every quebec-based liquor at the bar, & provided positive energy that made us want to hang around longer than we planned. Thanks for making this a great visit to quebec city!

Probablement une des meilleures tables d'hôte de toute la province, & ça pour seulement 16 CAD ! Le rapport qualité-prix est imbattable. Si tu es de passage à Québec, tu ne peux pas repartir sans goûter au panini au boeuf & trois fromages du Ninkasi Bar-un vrai délice !
