we arrived at 7pm & waited 2 full hours for our food after about 30 minutes of waiting to order. when the food finally came the'oriental salad' ended up being microwaved teriyaki chicken over arugula, & the chicken burger was literally those same pieces of teriyaki chicken on a bun with cheese. Not to mention the barely edible soggy fries. Unbelievable.

Worst service I have ever experienced. We asked for mayo & ketchup & they would only let us have one, stingiest establishment ever. Waiter was so incompetent it was a joke, I think it must have been his first shift of his life. We were seated for 50 minutes before they even came to take our order. Other people in our party had their starters & mains before we were even asked what we wanted to drink. Never returning

A sincere thank you to the staff. If I could give 500 stars, I would. My partner & I - visiting from Toronto - stumbled into this bar at 10PM because it was the only place still open, blissfully unaware of the amazing drinks & karaoke. The atmosphere, crowd, & bistro were all top notch, but the part that must be commended is the service.

We (especially me) drank too much & were completely wasted by the time the bar was shutting down. One of the staff members walked us to our AirBnB, made sure we got in safely, & told off a man who was harassing us. If not for him, I don't even know if we would've made it back as we had difficulty opening the door due to the snow. I didn't get his name, but the care & diligence he showed in taking care of his customers was greatly appreciated, especially now that I've sobered up. :-)

I highly recommend this bar to anyone looking for a fun, lively, yet still welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely return when we visit Quebec again.

Its a nice place to chill out & I love the different kind of music that is played by different DJ over the weekends. Try it & you will love it & the food is nice .

Karaoke is available here every night in Quebec City. I didn't go yet because i didnt bring any cash. It's a cash-only place. Just saving the place to my list for now until I get some cash

J'ai eu mal à partir avec un portier. L'employéi porte des tatouages dans le visage a été insolent. Ça faisait pas 4 minutes que j'étais dans le bar que je me faisait voler mon porte feuille. Il y avait ce soir là Beaucoup de personnes de moins de 18 sns dans le bar & des sans abris.
