The pastries were absolutely delightful. Hands down, the best croissants I've ever had-especially the hazelnut-filled croissant. It was perfectly flaky, buttery, & incredibly delicious. I can't wait to come back!

Divine pastries & drinks. My go-to spot for chocolatines 🥐 Pair it with a moka or chocolat chaud-they're not too sweet either! You can taste the cacao. Delectable, & the other pastries are delightful too.

Choquette is an absolute gem in Quebec City & easily one of my favourite pastry spots we visited during our trip. Their choux pastries are phenomenal & beautifully executed with flavours that are both creative & balanced. My personal favourites were the salted caramel, pistachio berry, strawberry, & the passion fruit with pineapple. Their pain au chocolat was also excellent & perfectly flaky.

We enjoyed it so much that we visited multiple times during our stay in Quebec City. On our final day, we even placed an order in advance to bring desserts back home for our family in Toronto. The staff were incredibly friendly, thoughtful, & accommodating throughout the process. They kindly ensured the choux were filled at the very last minute so they would remain as fresh as possible for travel.

Even after the flight back to Toronto, every pastry arrived perfectly intact & tasted just as incredible. That level of care & quality truly stood out. I cannot wait to return the next time I'm in Quebec City.

Our first night in Quebec, a waiter recommended this place - we went twice the following day. Two days later we were talking about the choux pastries on a random street & a local stopped our conversation to tell us we had to go. It became our most visited stop during our vacation, not only because the pastries are delicious but also because the staff are so welcoming & friendly.

I got a tart with a carrot cake base, key lime pie curd & mascarpone Chantilly cream & it was amazing.
It was layered impressively with masterful balance of flavours, not being overly sweet nor overpowering one of the best pastries.
Atmosphere & music is amazing & you can literally see them make the pastries & cut the pineapple in the back which is awesome.
Must visit place.
