Truly exceptional. The mille feuille is best in class & I even enjoyed the cream puffs. Croissants are excellent too, heavy with filling & nice & flaky.

I suspect this is a place you can't go wrong with your order. I just wish it were open more days while I was here.

The baked good blew me away. We got the savory scone & it was the best scone I've ever had. The croissants were the best out of all we tried in Quebec City. The small cream puffs were delicious! The flavors varied & they were all so unique & tasty. Highly recommend coming here

The cream puffs were absolutely delicious-gone in one bite! No seats available in the shop, so I ordered a coffee & two desserts to go. They had very few pastries left, probably sold out.

Cafe & on site bakery specializing in chouquettes (exotically flavored & plain tiny cream puffs), croissants & scones. Go out of your way to get here! Fantastic espresso drinks. Cardamom roll was delicious (giving Copenhagen vibes) & the Ham & Cheese Croissant was divine. Some indoor seating available.

Wonderful cafe! Great coffee & rich desserts like the chocolate banana puffs, chocolate raspberry tart, & the calamansi tarte, which I haven't seen outside of Asia! It's so fun to watch the employees bake in the kitchen & the atmosphere is so pleasant.

Service is slow so the wait is long, but well worth it. The choux pastry / cream puffs were light & airy, & this place uses locally sourced ingredients from Québec & New Brunswick. The cream is smooth & aromatic. The cream puffs each had a distinctly different flavour from each other, & we were able to taste each unique note: for example you could taste both the blueberry & lavender in the blueberry lavender puff, & the lavender was perfectly balanced.

Products sell out quick, so we weren't able to try the mille feuille. When I travel to Québec City again, I absolutely will come back.

Pâtisserie Chouquette is an absolute gem. We tried a cream puff & a pain au chocolat, & both were outstanding-but the croissant dough was next-level. Flaky, buttery, perfectly layered-I'll be craving & dreaming about that croissant for years to come. You can see the bakers at work behind the counter while you wait in line, & the whole shop smells like rich, quality melted chocolate. They use local, high-quality butter in all their desserts, & you can truly taste the difference. It's the kind of place that turns a quick stop into a core memory. My only regret is that it's 3,000 km from my home-if I lived nearby, I'd be a regular. Don't miss this spot if you're in Quebec City. It's worth going out of your way for.
