Un classique de Québec, la queue de Castor : cela ressemble un peu à une pâte à pizza recouverte par exemple de chocolat, de pommes caramélisées, de pistache. Un dessert bien gourmand. Possibilité de prendre aussi une poutine, hot-dog queue de Castor, etc. Tables disponibles en intérieur & extérieu

Un petit péché mignon cette friandise qu'est la queue de castor. Service au comptoir rapide, votre pâte frite & sucrée du style churros vous est remise avec une des nombreuses généreuses garnitures sucrée proposées. Peu de tables disponibles mais la dégustation de la gâterie se fait facilement debout, au grand air… s'il ne fait pas trop froid. Pour se réchauffer, boissons chaudes ou poutines express sont aussi préparées. Rien de gastronomique mais la queue de castor reste un collation réconfortante pour les petits & grands.

'Had an amazing food trip today! The poutine was rich, crispy, & loaded with flavor, the BeaverTail was warm, sweet, & perfectly crispy, & the hotdog was simple but seriously satisfying. Every bite felt like comfort food done right. Definitely worth trying again!'
