Very disappointing dining experience. The cauliflower soup was mediocre & contained hard chunks that were unpleasant to eat. The pork sandwich arrived cold & tasted anything but fresh & was way to liquidity. The chocolate/raspberry dessert was so sour that I couldn't finish it.
For the prices being charged, I expected much better quality. The restaurant presents itself as a high-end dining experience, but the food simply doesn't justify the cost. Overall, overpriced & underwhelming.
Soupe tres bonne.. le sandwich au porc tres ordinaire pour le prix.. ridicule meme. Très décevant. Salade beaucoup trop huileuse & il y avait la meme salade dans mon sanwich. 28$ tres cher pour ce que c était.. je crois que le'chef' n a aucune idée c est quoi de la haute cuisine.. 🙄🙄

Très très déçu du stroms, dire que cétais mon coup de coeur a Québec ! 🤐 a notre arrivée ce matin vers les 10hr il tombais quelques goûte d'eau ,jme suis dit on va profiter de notre journée... jai emmené ma mère la pour son cadeau de fête des mères,elle était jamais allée! J'aurais aimé profiter des installations extérieures comme m'allonger dans leurs belles air de repos! SANS COUSSINS! Pourtant a partir de 10h50 il n'avais aucune pluie sur les aires de repos! Je suis aller a l'accueil leur dire & il m'ont dit quil ferais quelques choses, rendu au dîner il n'y avais toujours pas de COUSSINS, pour profiter PLEINEMENT, du cycle CHAUD/FROID/DÉTENTE, ca aurais été plaisant, de s'allonger dans les airs de repos DEHORS! Moi qui suis habitué quand tu sort de l'eau froide le choc thermal te donne une sensation de bien être & qui est préférable de rester dehors pour se sentir bien😇 . Bref SERVICES 0 ! Un beau site enchanteur comme celui la , cest reposant aussi respirer le feux de foyer ,0 FEUX! Meme après leur avoir demandé d'avoir les coussins & d'avoir un feux, 0 RIEN! J'arrive au meilleure 😅😂🤦?♀? Le fameus resto NORD, une rémoulade de crevettes sur un mognon de laitue iceberg 😂😂😂😂!! & ma mère, un sandwich braisé au VIEUX BOEUF TROP CUIT ou trop vieux!! Une soupe & un repas avec un dessert pour 60$ Cest la dernière fois que je vais la!! Fourrer en du mondes!! Vous allez vivre avec des touristes ! Ce qui est déjà le cas! La nourriture hors de prix comme ca & avec des ingrédients pas frais ou trop vieux! pas terrible ! & j'oublie le petit pain pour seulement 4 $ 😂😂😂😂 AYOYE!!!!! Pour finir un dessert de grainessssss! Cest très HUPPÉ de pas mettre de secouppe en dessous du dessert!! GRAINES ON THE TABLE! SÉRIEUSEMENT continuer de servir vos clients avec cette méthode la cest ÉPOUVANTABLE !!! & un beau spa comme ca ,incapable dE GARNIR LEUR SITE! A notre départ a 14hr30 AUCUN COUSSINS AUCUN FEUX ,AUCUN HAMAC!

I wish I could say something positive about my experience, but unfortunately, there wasn't much to it. We started with the soup of the day, smoked duck breast, & a dessert. The soup arrived after a half hour wait, & it was just okay. Then, the real wait began, almost an hour after the soup. Finally, our main dish arrived, cold & tasteless. I couldn't tell if it had been cooked fresh or not. The meat & vegetables were unappetizing, & I barely finished my meal. I waited for our dessert, but when it finally arrived, the soup seemed like the highlight of the meal. We didn't finish our dessert & decided to call it a day.
We were assigned a seat in from the the fire & it was great! Suddenly a seat freed up by the window & the staff was VERY accommodating to quickly change our spot. This was not necessary but was indeed appreciated. Our Server Yan was very courteous, kind & very professional. We highly recommend the'soup de moment' & the'Plateau Artisan'. The soup was rich & extremely well balanced flavour. The'Plateau' was to die for. Was an amazing discovery! Very well prepared with an all round creative style of culinary art. Well done Chef!
Totalement surcotté. la soupe dont l'un des ingrédients annoncé semble totalement absent & le sandwich totalement inintéressant tout petit. un plat déplaisant, un verre d'alcool, pourboire.... 51$. Honnêtement ne gâchez pas votre expérience au spa avec ce restaurant . les serveurs sont gentils au moins, quoiqu'un peu maladroits. je n'y retournerai clairement.

Plusieurs erreurs & pas juste pour notre table. Il semble y avoir un problème dans la cuisine concernant la vitesse de production des assiettes. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de clients & cela peut prendre plus de 45 min recevoir son entrée. Sans parler qu'il y a eu erreur pour notre entrée & nous avons eu à attendre 15 min de plus. Au total, environ 2h pour entrée, souper & dessert. C'est beaucoup de temps perdu lorsque nous voulons profiter du spa!
We visited Restaurant Nord in combination with the spa next door. Honestly, the experience was mixed.
The waiting time was very long, even though the restaurant was not fully booked during the beginning of our dinner. For a soup, a burger & a small dessert it took about 1 hour 40 minutes, which feels too much if you consider that in the same time you could enjoy the spa. Also at the neighbour tables we heard guests making the same remark.
Our waitress (the brunette one) was not very attentive. We did not feel really welcome, & it seemed that because we spoke English instead of French, we were treated a bit less friendly. The food was often put on the table without a single word or explanation.
The starter, a potato soup, was excellent - really delicious. But the main course disappointed us a lot. It was advertised as a'sandwich', but in reality it was a burger. The salad on the side was just bulgur & leaves without dressing, which in my opinion did not match the burger at all. There were also no sauces or dips. The dessert was fine depending on personal taste - I did like it.
The payment system was also quite confusing. You are supposed to write your phone number on the receipt & then the spa charges your stored credit card. But when you enter the spa with a voucher (e.g. GetYourGuide), no card is stored. Our waitress did not care much about this, so finally I asked the blonde waitress, who was very friendly & helpful, & she organised that I could pay normally with my card. Thank you very much for this service!
In summary, I would not book the restaurant again together with the spa visit. Especially after reading that the menu here does not really change, I think the quality & the service should be better for the price. Unfortunately, inside the spa there is no other choice of restaurant.
It's my 6th time eating here, the menu never changes, I've tried everything on the menu & I stopped liking it all, same thing over & over, its a shame they dont at least create a'dish of the day' for regulars, just to change things up.
It took too long to get our meal, over 45 min, my friend got sick from the pork burger thing, they dont list that its spicy so she had an adverse reaction.
When it came time to pay i asked the server to use my gift cards, I provided 2 of them, one of them had a small amount & the other was to be used for thr balance, she used the first one & then proceeded to charge my credit card, I told her noooo, thats wrong, she tried to refund it, this all took like 10 min, then it came for my friend, they said her card wasn't working, told her it might be maxed out, ran after her when she waited long enough for them to puts around & went to bathroom screaming its declined, embarrassing her, asked her for ID when they allready have our info on file, then they said it worked, the gift card worked, shes like I have no gift card you are trying to use my credit card, oh no... let us charge that back, again they tried it, asked her to go get a physical card, once shes back yhey used it & it still wasn't working, finally they said they have a problem on their end, it worked, but they charged her double. Then they go to refund, so all things like 30 min of our previous time, complete incompetence, the staff needs a course on etiquette, do not tell the client their card might be maxed out when in the end it was your system error, no compensation for our time or headache, I wrote to Strom twice about this never heard back.
The soups are always waaay too salty, everyone I spoke to said the same thing, the chef or wherever they buy this from need to change it, use herbs & spices & not salt for flavor, lazy cooking that is.
