Great gluten free pasta absolutely amazing! The food was incredible & delicious! Major factor for stopping by to eat here was the gluten free options for pasta & pizza & it was the best gluten free pasta I've ever for sure! PSA if there is inclement weather definitely make a reservation for dinner.

We visited this beautiful city for part of spring break & decided to have pasta on our last night there. It was also my daughter's birthday & we had her choose a spot within walking distance. She decided on this place which came recommended by a friend in town & who is from Montreal. I was able to book a reservation for a family of 5 through Google a couple hours before (on a Monday). This restaurant did not disappoint. Servers were welcoming. The lighting created a calm & relaxed ambiance. Our pasta dishes were phenomenal. The kids (Ages 12, 14 & 17) devoured their orders & there were no leftovers. Portions were perfect for everyone.. I hope to visit again on our next trip back!!! Thank you Sapristi!

The waitress was super friendly. Great food the pasta may look like a small portion but super filling, & the sauce tasted like authentic pasta sause. I was very pleased with this restaurant we went again on the same trip.

I recently visited Sparisti Champion Pizza & had a great dining experience. I tried their Margherita pizza, which was delicious with a perfect crust & fresh toppings. My friend ordered the duck pasta, & they enjoyed it thoroughly, praising its rich flavors & well-balanced sauce. Our server was excellent-attentive, friendly, & added to the overall positive experience. The food quality & service were impressive, making it a spot worth revisiting!

Came here while visiting Quebec City, & unfortunately the food was mediocre. I tried various things that myself & my friends ordered. Starters - the soup of the day (cream of tomato) was actually very pleasant, but the French onion soup was bland. The onions tasted as if they hadn't even reached 50% of the carmelization process, resulting in a very dull, diluted tasting soup. Mains - the duck pasta was unique & I would recommend it. The mac & cheese was lacking strong flavour & the croque monsieur was basically a toasted piece of bread with cheese, ham, & a salad thrown on top, with a side of mediocre fries. TL;DR - food was disappointing & highly-priced so I would not recommend.

Only gets 2 stars for the atmosphere & beautiful building in which this establishment is located within. Otherwise, the food was mediocre. Do not get the French onion soup. Not only is it double the price of the soup of the day, the French onion was served to me lukewarm or borderline cold. Also, any chef worth their salt would know not to serve a French onion soup with onions that were barely carmelized or sweetened. I've made way better French onion soup myself, & I've been to dive bars that serve way better French onion soup. I also happened to try the Mac & cheese after reading a review from someone who said it was the best Mac & cheese of their life- it really was mid. Service could also improve as the server was not patient or helpful when our group was looking at different appetizers & entrees on the menu. Also the server never refilled any of our waters. There is good things to say- The ambience is great. Friends at my table at least enjoyed some of the food that was served to them including the soup of the day which was cream of tomato soup, & duck pasta. All in all, I can't be surprised to know that this is a tourist trap.

The Duck pasta was delicious, Tomato soup was rich & creamy. Service was a bit slow but overall it's a good place.
