Only gets 2 stars for the atmosphere & beautiful building in which this establishment is located within. Otherwise, the food was mediocre. Do not get the French onion soup. Not only is it double the price of the soup of the day, the French onion was served to me lukewarm or borderline cold. Also, any chef worth their salt would know not to serve a French onion soup with onions that were barely carmelized or sweetened. I've made way better French onion soup myself, & I've been to dive bars that serve way better French onion soup. I also happened to try the Mac & cheese after reading a review from someone who said it was the best Mac & cheese of their life- it really was mid. Service could also improve as the server was not patient or helpful when our group was looking at different appetizers & entrees on the menu. Also the server never refilled any of our waters. There is good things to say- The ambience is great. Friends at my table at least enjoyed some of the food that was served to them including the soup of the day which was cream of tomato soup, & duck pasta. All in all, I can't be surprised to know that this is a tourist trap.

The Duck pasta was delicious, Tomato soup was rich & creamy. Service was a bit slow but overall it's a good place.

Terrible experience！Seven people arrived later than us sitting to our left, however they finished their meals already but we still hadn't received ours.Half an hour after we sat down, another two guests arrived sitting to our right, & their meals were served before ours! After waiting for over an hour, our meals, two kinds of pastas were both overcooked, & chief's seasoning was bad taste. It was a very bad experience. The server kept telling us the food was coming, but it never arrived. Any tip would have felt unnecessary."

Fig pizza was a disappointment. No actual figs & very salty. Duck pasta was ok but hard to find duck. Not actually sure if i got what I ordered.

MUST VISIT!! Great spot to enjoy beauty of Petit Chemplain & patio offers direct views of umbrella alley. Duck pasta here won't disappoint! Menu has good vegetarian options. Friendly staff!

A beautiful spot down on St Lawrence River. A cute neighborhood with tons of shopping, cafes, & restaurants. Close to a major bus stop as well as the ferry to Levis. They have a children's menu with lovely options & very recently priced. All of the food was excellent. We tried a couple of flatbreads, as well as the duck pasta & lobster risotto. We enjoyed the lunch so much, we went back for dinner. The wait staff was very attentive & the service was quick. Prices were incredibly reasonable, especially when compared to other restaurants in the area. There is often a wait, but it is not very long, & well worth it.

I enjoyed one of the best gluten free pasta meals I have had in a very long time. Everyone else in the group also had great meals. Definately recommended.
