Girls getaway from Toronto for a few days & this one one of the best places we ate at while in Quebec. Salmon tartare was sooo good we ordered a second one & the fig/chorizzo pizza amazing. Sat out side by the heater & when the wind picked up, our server brought out blankets. It's been a tough time during COVID for all the businesses but this place stood up to it's recommendation of great food & great service. Thank you !!!

Très bon service, quand nous sommes arrivés il y avait une ligne d'attente d'environs 20 personnes. Une jeune femme est venue nous voir dans la ligne & nous a demandé si nous avions une réservation. Par chance, nous avions prévu de faire la réservation & nous n'avons pas attendu toute la ligne pour entrer à l'intérieur. Tous ce que nous avons mangé étaient tres bon. Spaghettis pizza, tartare de saumon & boeuf.

It was almost empty (5pm) & the service was great. The salmond tartare is too mayo'ish to really appreciate the flavor. White sangria & smores' dessert were excellent.

Un de nos restaurants préféré du vieux québec. Service toujours parfait choix de menu varié & très bon. Les arranchinnis & le tartare au saumon & la sangria sont des incontournables & la terasse superbe l'été.

Première visite au Sapristi Champlain, bons cocktails, bonne sélection de bières & menu variés. Nous avons opté pour des tartares qui étaient très frais & vraiment bons.
