Le serveur doit maîtriser ses réponses face aux questions d'allergies des clients. L'incohérence & le manque de certitude ont crée instantanément de la méfiance & une crainte d'incidents. Le client cherche des réponses claires & surtout validées. Sinon, outre cet élément, nous sommes toujours bien servis au Sapristi.

ce n'était pas la première fois que je vous visitais, mais la vos plats manquaient beaucoup d'assaisonnement , nous étions 4 & ce fut pareil pour tous, pourtant c'était super avant.

Juste un gros Woow pour la belle expérience, acceuil parfait malgré l arriver 30 min plutôt, le service a été parfait tout au long de notre soirée, Merci à Raphaël ,notre serveur, pour son service A+ le personnel était souriant , la nourriture excellente.bref une expérience plus qu agréable.
