I tried this Italian place recently. The pasta wasn't very good & definitely disappointing. On the other hand, the carnivore pizza was tasty & enjoyable. The service was nice & attentive, but overall the experience was just okay, not great.
We visited around 7:30 & were able to get in smoothly with almost no wait time.
We ordered several dishes including the pasta, truffle fries, & salmon tartare - & everything was absolutely delicious! Our kids loved it so much they said,'We definitely want to eat this again! We wish we could get the recipe so Mom can make these dishes at home!'
Our server, Isaac, was also fantastic. He was always smiling & provided excellent service - it really made a great impression on us.
Food: 5/5 - I had their Canard (duck) pizza. It was perfectly cooked with a crusty pizza shell & tasty toppings. They also offer pasta, flatbreads & salad.
This was our first time here, & dinner was fantastic! I had the pasta ariabatta, & my din the Napoleon Pizza. Excellent choices!
My wife wanted something lighter, & she had the bruschetta & French onion soup. Highly recommended. The soup was hearty, made with a solid bread. The bruschetta was an original take, with roasted mini-tomatoes.
So we saw some amazing reviews & went to this place for dinner. The portions were smaller & the place seemed quite overpriced for its ambiance. To top it off the waitress asked me to tip her when she forgot to give us dinner plates & told us that she have to pay taxes as she would have to declare that she gets tips from her job. The pasta was good but the experience was below par for a restaurant like this. Will never visit again for the service we got here
We really enjoyed our dinner. The bruschetta was outstanding, as were the matchstick fries. We had the buffalo & carnivore pizzas, along with the carbonara pasta. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The service was excellent & the atmosphere was lively & a great combination of old & new. Would recommend making reservations since it was packed!
1st time a year ago: very good, especially the fig pizza. Today: meh. Partner got the arrabiata no gluten, was ok nothing more. The kid's menu with tomato pasta was very bland. Took the duck pasta, & that was one of the blandest dishes I ever tried. Duck has taste, a distinctive one, most of the time. It had absolutely no taste, & the sauce or the few tomatoes didn't really help. are good. Will I come back ? Yes, for a pizza, no for pastas.
