They have an excellent selection of beers. The atmosphere is fantastic, & the staff is super friendly. We haven't tried the food yet, but we're looking forward to it!

Updating my review after visiting Thursday, August 20, 2026. My boyfriend & I drove from Île d'Orléans & arrived shortly before midnight because Google showed the bar was open until 3 AM. We were refused service because last call had already been made.

Please update the hours if you stop serving before midnight. I come here regularly & usually have great service, but unfortunately this experience was disappointing.

Première visite. & ce ne sera pas la dernière!! Tout était parfait : les différentes bières que nous avons essayées ainsi que les bouchées que nous avons partagées. Que dire des pogos maison avec saucisses de porc maison : impeccable! Vaste terrasse à l'arrière & superbe ambiance! Un must!!

First visit, & it certainly won't be the last!
Everything was outstanding, from the different beers we sampled to the appetizers we shared. & what can I say about the homemade corn dogs made with house-made pork sausages? Absolutely flawless!
There is a large outdoor terrace at the back, & the atmosphere is fantastic. A must-visit! 🍻

The food & service were amazing. The beer was on the top. We did sit on a lower lever to avoid the loud customers.

This place has a very aesthetic design. The beers were just ok, but we received exceptional service & the back patio is very nice

Siboire is hands down the best microbrewery in Québec City! We loved trying all the IPAs - it was so fun to taste the different styles, & honestly, none of them disappointed. Every beer we tried was fire 🔥. The food was insane too - probably the best poutine I've had in Canada! The poutine forestière was unreal - rich, flavorful, & perfectly balanced. Great vibes, amazing beer, & awesome food - simply a great spot to hang out with your friends ! 🍻🍟

The service was exceptional. The food was very good!! Great choices of beers! Also, they have a few non-alcoholic beers. The patio is big & very nice! There is a bike rack by the patio.

Food choices are mostly fish dishes, I don't understand why we've been (5 of us) put in a table of 4 in a mostly empty restaurant. Beer is ofc good, this is not a new player in the business... Please more snack not more than 50% of the menu fish

Great night out. Staff were incredibly friendly & went out of their way to find us seats on a very busy Thursday night. Beer was amazing, food a good match.
