We had an incredible dining experience at Verre Pickl'. We're six Floridians visiting Quebec, & as someone who loves food & more'cheffy' establishments, I was so excited to come across Verre Pickl'. I'm very glad we were able to snag a reservation. The food was outstanding. We were joined by a friend visiting from Mexico, & he raved about the tamales & the flavors, which reminded him of home.

I also want to highlight how accommodating the team was. One of our guests does not eat gluten or red meat, & Alex was incredibly helpful. I reached out by email, & she thoughtfully arranged special items so our guest could fully enjoy the meal.

We felt genuinely well cared for throughout the evening, & you can truly feel how passionate the chefs are. At the end of the meal, we were offered a digestif & treated to an incredible cocktail. I love being able to support & dine at an establishment like this! Keep it up!

Le meilleur resto à Québec, j'y retourne encore & encore. La fusion Mexique/Qc est toujours savoureuse, les chefs proprios sont hyper sympas & le vin est bon ^^

It is hard to put into words just how special our evening at Verre Pick'l was. Jerome & Alexandra have created an experience that cannot be missed. The food is incredible, creative, unique, & so thoughtfully planned & executed. The wine was perfectly selected & not your run of the mill options. The shared table made for a really fun evening meeting new people & sharing great food & great experiences. What makes this place so special are Jerome & Alexandra. They're two of the most warm, thoughtful, & beautiful people who just so happen to be the most incredible chefs. Jerome & Alexandra, thank you for a magical evening & delicious food. We hope you come visit us in NYC!

Juste un gros WOW! Le décor est parfait & la chef/propriétaire est une personne tellement belle & passionnée. Les produits locaux utilisées & la nourriture sont simplement parfaits. Il s'agit certainement du meilleur repas que j'ai mangé. Je recommande cet endroit x 1000!!
