Nous avons grandement apprécié la mise en valeur & la fraîcheur des produits locaux . De plus, le service offert par Jérôme est hors pair! Nous avons apprécié la compagnie des gens autour de nous, mais il est certain que cela dépend du groupe présent qui peut influencer votre expérience.

An amazing culinary experience at Verre Pickl'!

The husband & wife duo, Alexandra & Jerome, were incredibly welcoming & accommodating. They reached out to ensure that we were able to enjoy our meal due to some food precautions & provided us with some alternative options.

Jerome was at the front of house making & serving drinks, explaining each course, & ensuring everything was going well. He shared the inspiration behind each dish which gave them a personal touch & included where they sourced their ingredients (local of course!).

The entire evening was about 3-3.5 hours long & each course was spread out to give you time to digest before the next.

If you're in town visiting, I highly recommend trying to get a reservation or book early enough to secure your seat at the table.

We had an incredible dining experience at Verre Pickl'. We're six Floridians visiting Quebec, & as someone who loves food & more'cheffy' establishments, I was so excited to come across Verre Pickl'. I'm very glad we were able to snag a reservation. The food was outstanding. We were joined by a friend visiting from Mexico, & he raved about the tamales & the flavors, which reminded him of home.

I also want to highlight how accommodating the team was. One of our guests does not eat gluten or red meat, & Alex was incredibly helpful. I reached out by email, & she thoughtfully arranged special items so our guest could fully enjoy the meal.

We felt genuinely well cared for throughout the evening, & you can truly feel how passionate the chefs are. At the end of the meal, we were offered a digestif & treated to an incredible cocktail. I love being able to support & dine at an establishment like this! Keep it up!

Fusion parfaite entre les produits locaux du Québec les saveurs du Mexique & la générosité de la cuisine française, nos hôtes sont dévoués & attentionnés & vous trouverez forcément des points en communs avec les autres convives de la tablée.
L'accord mets/vins est à essayer au moins une fois dans sa vie 😍
