As a former bartender & a current home bartender, it was a little pretentious for me. Most ingredients on the menu are unrecognizable & they only use Québec sourced ingredients in their drinks. That's a great idea actually, if Québec produced better ingredients, to be honest. A bar with no lemons or olives is wild to me. I tried their namesake drink the Vieux Carré & it was ok. I am a big Old fashioned & Manhattan guy but this was a little in between, but without the great bourbon flavor those present, as it was a Canadian rye. My friend ordered an interesting drink with olive oil, pepper & other ingredients. We felt it was very interesting to try, but not something we would want to drink again & definitely not refreshing. Overall the ambiance was amazing & the bartenders friendly & knowledgeable, but the drinks are not great, especially for the high prices. I'd appreciate more classic ingredients, but maybe that's just me...

Such a nice spot in Old Quebec, great friendly & knowledgeable service, delicious unique cocktails & the food is also amazing (especially the raviolis & the cheese&charcuterie board!). Also came with a welcome cocktail, & overall an amazing selection of liquors too :) great location too- thank you so much!

From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with friendly, knowledgeable staff. The cocktail recommendations were on point & the food was delectable. I highly recommend visiting & we look forward to coming again.

Great cocktails & atmosphere! Intimate space with strong & balanced drinks. The "mixologists" are super attentive & knowledgeable - take the time to explain the drinks & how they are made. Highly recommended stopping by (maybe make a reso for the weekends, can get busy)

Absolute perfection. By far one of the best places in Quebec for drinks & delicious bites. Everyone we met was very knowledgeable & friendly, elite service. Every drink & every plate was made with care & love. This place is an absolute gem. The terrace is full of charm, & decor is just perfect.
