Malgré notre réservation faite à l'avance & à notre demande spéciale lors de notre réservation pour une table spécifique, à notre arrivée la serveuse nous a offert la pire table même pas montée trop près du bar. Nous sommes des clients quand même assez réguliers depuis l'ouverture, alors il faudrait porter une attention particulière à votre clientèle de votre quartie

This was our third visit to Alphonse Cuisine & Cocktails; &, it was a wonderful experience! The food is great & the service is outstanding. Melissa is always very helpful & very kind. Everything on the menu is extremely well prepared & the soup of the day is fantastic! We highly recommend Alphonse Cuisine & Cocktails - It's one of the best restaurants in old Quebec city by far!

I got the carbonara spaghetti. & this cranberry & black tea cake with cardamom mousse. I perhaps wasn't sure how carbonara tasted. I wasn't a big fan of it but again, I perhaps wasn't sure of how it's supposed to be. The dessert was to die for. The service was amazing. So friendly. So helpful. Great energy there.
