Excellent service, on a pu prendre notre temps ayant réservé pour le dernier service (8 h 30) & j'ai vraiment apprécié que ma demande spéciale ait été respectée. De plus, notre emplacement était un peu â l'écart dans la salle à manger & sur le bord de la fenêtre, ce qui nous a créé une bulle 😊 c'était vraiment agréable... Bref, merci à toute l'équipe pour votre merveilleux travail & à bientôt!

Despite being in a nice restaurant the experience was not pleasant. Our servant was not welcoming & she made us feel not-welcomed. She wasn't receptive when asking questions about the menu & drinks.

When we made reservations we requested a window seat & received confirmation. Once we arrived we were told it was not possible to get a window seat.

The servant that brought us our food was great! She was smiling & enthusiastic & follow up with food satisfaction.

Lastly, the cutlery & glasses were not clean. They had smudges which made it unpleasant .

We ordered a medium Macreuse De Boeuf, however it tasted like it's well-down... Also the scorch marks on beef tasted really bitter, the sauce didn't have any flavour, seems like added too much water.

There was unnecessary confusion with the hostess. Ended up waiting 10 minutes after reservation. Service at bar was poor. Food was poor. Won't be back again.

Appetizers (Brie & onion soup) were good & very hot. Drinks were fine but overpriced for what they were. Entree arrived luke-warm... THREE TIMES. Sent it back twice & then gave up. We were offered a comp dessert, but had other plans. They should have comped us the meal.
