Délicieux, convivial, plats toujours ''pimpés'' d'une ''twist''. Service surprenant vu la difficulté de trouver des gens animés par la restauration pour les bonnes raisons, très agréable de pouvoir parler avec le personne qui connait le menu aussi soigneusement que le chef. On y retourne à toutes nos visites à Québec. Un must.
