Restaurant gastronomique dans une auberge confortable. Julien Allard a concocté un menu à partir de produits locaux qui procurent une explosion de saveurs en bouche. Un exemple, une entrée de homards avec au chutney de pommes sur un aspic d'un légume québécois qui stimule le concombre, mais avec plus de douceur. Le flétan était accompagné de légumes cuits parfaitement & les raviole aux homards étaient d'une douceur. Mmmmm! Belle découverte que ce bistro. Je remarque cependant que le menu est changé cette semaine, mais ça soit été encore très bon. Ça vaut la peine d'aller coucher dans la région juste pour souper au bistro.

Toutes est WoW ❤️Le souper au resto de l'auberge a été extraordinaire , meilleur repas que j'ai mangé dans ma vie & je n'exagère pas . Mon chien a adoré son expérience aussi 🫶 . De la réceptionniste a l'homme de maintenance, des gens super accueillant & souriant. Merci pour ce beau week-end 😁

Depuis plusieurs années maintenant un bon repas à l'Auberge Sur Mer est pour nous un incontournable pour son accueil, la qualité de ses plats & surtout le service très attentionné.
Est-ce que nous allons continuer d'y aller; c'est assuré ! Chapeau à toute l'équipe.

Food was out of this world. Waitresses & cook exceptional. Check in left a bit to be desired. We arrived at 3pm, very tired after a nine hour drive & were asked to sit & wait until 4pm because the arrival protocol states 4pm check in. I really think that customer service should reach out in such circumstances & try to accommodate customers. We were exhausted & needed a shower & a nap. Waiting outside on the porch in 13 degree weather just did not do it for us. The auberge could use some love too. Plugs in our room would not hold a phone charger. Sockets need to be changed. Beds were comfortable.

L'endroit est magnifique. Le personnel impeccable & la bouffe est extra! C'est la raison pour laquelle j'y vais seul ou avec des amis qui tombent sous le charme de cette auberge de classe à des prix très abordables.

Expérience de rêve, de la chambre à la table! Un endroit magnifique & apaisant avec un vue imprenable sur le Saint-Laurent! Le personnel est accueillant & attentionné!

De plus, il fait absolument essayer le resto de l'auberge. J'ai peine à dire ce que j'ai préféré tant tout était incroyablement délicieux! Vous voudrez tout essayer! Mes compliments au chef & à toute l'équipe de cuisine!

Nous avons commandé du pain & nous l'avons trouvé pas très frais & il était difficile à couper.
J'avais commandé le flétan & j'ai trouvé que pour le prix le morceau de poisson était en très petite quantité.
En résumé, ce fut pour nous un souper dispendieux & c'est la raison pour laquelle nous n'avons pas déjeuner à l'Auberge le lendemain matin.
