Our waitress was experienced & the rest of the dining room staff attentive & very congenial. The kitchen was the weakest point in the evening. Food came out too slowly & not because the dining room was at capacity. It wasn't. & our food was too salty covered in too much sauce. The veggies were over cooked. This was not the type of food we expect from Auberge sur Mer. & a side note, the white wine we started with was not chilled so we had to wait on it to be drinkable.

Plutôt cher & carte tirant plus sur le poisson & les huîtres que sur les viandes, les légumes & les pâtes. Une sophistication cher payée. Service un.peu lent & rude. Deux plats sans entrée ni dessert, un verre de vin chacun : 98 $.
C'est excessif & non justifié vu le manque de variété, pas de corbeille de pain, pas de salade. Tristounet. Musique ennuyante & agaçante. Dommage, j'aimais beaucoup cette auberge.

Nous avons passé une nuitée à l'Auberge, soit le vendredi 3 septembre. Mentionnons que nous y avions déjà séjournée en 2017 & 2018. Déception pour 2021. L'Auberge manque un peu d'amour dans les chambres. Avions la chambre 162 ( motel adjacent à l'Auberge ). Les matelas doivent être changés ainsi que l'évier de la salle de bain ( rouille vraiment apparente ). Store de la porte d'entrée brisé. Une partie des tuiles manquante près du bain. Pour ce qui est du restaurant. Bon accueil du personnel. Cependant les prix sont trop élevés. Un souper à deux personnes pour $175, wow ! ( 1 entrée - 2 plats principaux - 1 dessert + petits pains avec beurre à $4. Sur notre balcon une table ronde toute rouillée demanderait un rafraichissement. Nous voyageons beaucoup & nous pouvions faire la comparaison. Attention vous venez de perdre un client qui se voulait fidèle à votre Auberge.

Quel magnifique repas nous avons eu dimanche soir dernier lors de notre arrivée à l'Auberge. C'était délicieux. Le service était excellent & le chef était au rendez-vous car je suis intolérante au gluten & aux produis laitiers. Nous y retournons ce soir, le dernier soir de notre magnifique séjour. Merci à tous.
