Nourriture bien, différent de ce qu'on retrouve habituellement en formule brunch.
Par contre, les oeufs bénédictine étaient très difficile à couper, on aurait eu besoin d'un couteau à steak, je crois que ce n'est pas l'idéal en formule brunch mais je suis certaine que ça doit être excellent si c'est à la carte (fraîcheur)

Cuisine créative, harmonie des goûts, assiettes alléchantes & généreuses, service décontracté & attentionné. La vue sur le fleuve & le soleil couchant en plus, on a envie de remettre ça !

L'entrée de thon aurait pu être plus relevée. Les plats principaux étaient très bons, notre bémol concerne la carte des vin qui n'était pas à la hauteur de la qualité & du prix des plats qui nous étaient proposés.

Toutes est WoW ❤️Le souper au resto de l'auberge a été extraordinaire , meilleur repas que j'ai mangé dans ma vie & je n'exagère pas . Mon chien a adoré son expérience aussi 🫶 . De la réceptionniste a l'homme de maintenance, des gens super accueillant & souriant. Merci pour ce beau week-end 😁
