Nous avons commandé du pain & nous l'avons trouvé pas très frais & il était difficile à couper.
J'avais commandé le flétan & j'ai trouvé que pour le prix le morceau de poisson était en très petite quantité.
En résumé, ce fut pour nous un souper dispendieux & c'est la raison pour laquelle nous n'avons pas déjeuner à l'Auberge le lendemain matin.

Une très belle découverte : une tres bonne table, originale & suffisamment copieuse, & une équipe sympathique & efficace. & puis, souper en assistant au coucher de soleil sur le fleuve est magnifique.

Une étoile pour les rôties du boulanger local surtout celles en extra à 3.50$ les autres plus petites servies avec M.Lemaire étaient ordinaires. Les roesti avec le paysan n'étaient pas cuites ni rôties l'oeuf béchamel gras pas une réussite pantoutte. Bien meilleur chez Normandin. La vue sur le fleuve la seule raison d'y retourner.
La chambre était pire encore pas de table ni dedans ni dehors, siège de toilette jaunies espace de douche
saleté autour du bain, robinets installés à l'envers .
Taches sur tapis & coussins de fauteuils.manque d'entretien généralisé. voir photos .

Our waitress was experienced & the rest of the dining room staff attentive & very congenial. The kitchen was the weakest point in the evening. Food came out too slowly & not because the dining room was at capacity. It wasn't. & our food was too salty covered in too much sauce. The veggies were over cooked. This was not the type of food we expect from Auberge sur Mer. & a side note, the white wine we started with was not chilled so we had to wait on it to be drinkable.

Tout était délicieux, des entrées au dessert. Menu limité mais très bien exécuté. Très jolie présentation. Service attentionné & sympathique.
