It was the best meal we had in Quebec City. We ordered soup of the day, grandma’s treat & blueberry pie. We love everything! The soup is simply delicious! A perfect balance of the vegetables flavors. Just the kind of soup I like to drink. We had it with bread. Then it was the main course grandma’s treat with include meat pie, potatoes & meatballs, baked beans, veggies. Everything was so delicious, no crazy flavors just plain good ingredients cooked to perfection! I don’t know how simple looking food with simple tastes can be this delicious! The blueberry pie is also perfect, same as the meat pie which has the perfectly thin soft flaky pie crust! Every bite was perfection. Atmosphere was great! It was quiet, friendly & made me feel comfortable. The history feel of the little house was really nice inside & outside. Love the paintings. Nothing too crazy just like their food everything was done just right! The service was the best too! Love it so much would love to come back next time in Quebec City!
Un lieu vraiment agréable où le service est plus que raisonnable, les serveurs sont très à l’écoute & non pressés. On te laisse le temps de choisir, on t’aide à mieux connaître le menu. Les plats sont succulents, le filet mignon de boeuf était très correct, le gratiné d’escargot parfait, le pain perdu en dessert était goûteux, le dosage du sirop d’érable & du caramel était bien, on ne sent pas un excès ni un manque de sucre !

Les menus "table d'hôte" sont particulièrement copieux.
Un prix assez cher mais une nourriture de qualité.
Après quelques incompréhension avec la serveuse & un sentiment d'attendre un petit moment avant de prendre notre commande ou d'obtenir notre apéritif, nous avons apprécié cette soirée.
Being French-Canadian, I really enjoyed the quality & authentic favors, not to mention the presentation of this place. We had the great luck of being seated upstairs in the cosy intimate room in the back complete with real decor. The service (by Steven) was especially attentive & friendly.
The game (which we have had all over the world) was cooked to perfection, the best!
Beware, the salmon was way over cooked & dry. For dessert, we had the maple pie, ho la la...
Excellent restaurant le pave de boeuf est une tuerie tres fondant les autres plats sont aussi de grande qualite.
La cuisine est de bonne qualite & c'est un francais qui vous le dit.
Le service est top. Il sont souriant & prevenant.
On aimerait voir cela dans tous les restaurants en France.
