Nous n'avons pas dormi sur place. Nous avons essayé le restaurant. Service impeccable & excellente nourriture. Du vrai travail de chef: tout est maison, l'équilibre des saveurs est parfais & le terroir est mis de l'avant. Un petit bijou de Charlevoix. Je le recommande!

On m'a recommandé au resto l'agneau de Charlevoix, j'ai été très déçu car c'est ma viande préférée & malheureusement la viande était très tiraillée. Pour le reste c'était bien, donc qualité prix cela ne valait pas la peine

Nous retournons annuellement pour notre anniversaire de mariage dans cette auberge & nous sommes toujours très satisfaits. Le personnel est chaleureux & accueillant. Les chambres sont très propres & confortable (#202 & 203 sont nos préférées). Le chef nous surprend toujours avec une fine cuisine régionale créative, savoureuse & délicieuse, particulièrement pour les plats de Charlevoix (charcuteries, agneau, canard & fromage). Cette année, un seul des plats nous a déçus car le gigot d'agneau était plus coriace qu'à l'habitude!!

Notre visite Chez Truchon est un incontournable chaque fois que nous venons passer un séjour à La Malbaie. Les repas sont exquis, autant les déjeuners que les soupers. La nourriture est absolument délicieuse. C’est selon moi, le meilleur restaurant de la région de Charlevoix.

We had a fabulous dinner here. Service was impeccable. My fletan was cooked perfectly. & my boyfriend thinks his lamb was one of the best he has ever tasted. Perfectly cooked & a beautiful sauce. Also - the homemade ice cream was - wow! We look forward to visiting Chez Truchon again on our next trip to the Charlevoix area.

Excellente nourriture. Par contre, trop d'extras sur le repas 5 services & pas suffisamment de choix de plats sans extra. Un petit bémol: nous aurions aimé avoir un endroit dans l'auberge ( avec un beau foyer comme dans vos salles à manger) pour pouvoir se détendre. Mais en général tout était bien & le service aux tables aussi bien le matin que le soir était génial de la part de votre personnel. Merci pour ce beau séjour dans votre Charlevoix enchanteur.
