J'habite La Malbaie & je trouve que la cuisine, le service & l'emplacement sont incomparablement excellents. De plus, le niveau de qualité ne baisse pas malgré les années qui passent !

Nous n'avons pas dormi à l'auberge. Nous sommes allés prendre le petit déjeuner. C'est excellent, le service est irréprochable & le rapport qualité-prix est difficile à battre. Évidemment, mon commentaire ne s'applique qu'au déjeuner car je n'ai pas fait l'expérience du reste.

Chez Truchon vient de surpasser le restaurant Éden de Banff, Alb dans notre Top 3 des meilleurs restaurants au Canada… L'ambiance, le service & le repas étaient d'une qualité exceptionnelle… Sans parler de la carte des vins qui est sélectionnée avec une très grande connaissance & expliqué par le maître…
