Super endroit pour partager un souper entre amis. Très bon service & que dire de la nourriture du terroir qui est excellente de l'entrée jusqu'au dessert. Je recommande l'endroit sans hésitez!!!

We didn't stay at the auberge but we had dinner in the retaurant & it was wonderful! The food was excellent & our server François was a delight. Highly recommend!

Le restaurant
Une cuisine faite maison, un résultat à la hauteur de nos attentes. Les plats sont délicieux, bien présentés, originaux, copieux. Le mélange de saveurs est harmonieux.
Le cadre est agréable, l'atmosphère est chaleureuse.
La serveuse est très sympathique & très avenante.
L'hôtel
De très belles prestations. La chambre était propre (dommage pour les nombreuses tâches sur la moquette) & spacieuse, la literie très bonne. Une très jolie salle de bain
L'accueil est excellent, le personnel serviable, le petit déjeuner est à la carte (prix correct).

Chez Truchon vient de surpasser le restaurant Éden de Banff, Alb dans notre Top 3 des meilleurs restaurants au Canada… L'ambiance, le service & le repas étaient d'une qualité exceptionnelle… Sans parler de la carte des vins qui est sélectionnée avec une très grande connaissance & expliqué par le maître…

J'ai commandé des oeufs brouillés pour recevoir un semblant d'oeuf brouillé fait à partir d'un mélange d'oeuf pour omelette

Nous n'avons pas séjourné à l'auberge mais seulement souper au restaurant. C'était hors de l'ordinaire & nous regrettons vraiment de ne pas y être allés lors de nos passages précédents dans Charlevoix. En résumé, c'est à refaire assurément.
