Très déçus par cette auberge sans charme ni âme.
Accueil basique sans conseil ni explication.
Le personnel est peu aimable.
Personne ne nous a aidé avec nos valises alors que notre chambre était au deuxième étage sans ascenseur.
Notre chambre n'avait aucun charme.
Pour le petit déjeuner, c'était la première fois en un mois de circuit au Canada, qu'on devait choisir entre un plat salé ou un plat sucré…
Vous pouvez sûrement trouver bien mieux!

Nous étions 8 pour le déjeuner brunch du dimanche. Le déjeuner & le service etait excellent. Nous étions dans une pièce juste pour nous, avec un beau décor dans la partie maison. Tout était parfait.

We had the most amazing dinner last night, the food & service was superior to the Montreal fine dining scene (in our humble opinion). There is a reason many of the patrons were visiting from France, everything was top notch but without a pretentious vibe. Our server Emillie, was attentive, efficient, & willing to take the time for questions, even about the region. We will definitely be planning the 6 hour drive again to eat here & view the fall colors. Thank you; you made us fall in love with Charlevoix!
