Nous étions 8 pour le déjeuner brunch du dimanche. Le déjeuner & le service etait excellent. Nous étions dans une pièce juste pour nous, avec un beau décor dans la partie maison. Tout était parfait.

We had the most amazing dinner last night, the food & service was superior to the Montreal fine dining scene (in our humble opinion). There is a reason many of the patrons were visiting from France, everything was top notch but without a pretentious vibe. Our server Emillie, was attentive, efficient, & willing to take the time for questions, even about the region. We will definitely be planning the 6 hour drive again to eat here & view the fall colors. Thank you; you made us fall in love with Charlevoix!

Accueil très sec au check in, pas un sourire, pas de bienvenue. Aucune explication donnée sur le fonctionnement du petit déjeuner, nous nous prendrons une remarque acerbe le lendemain matin disant qu'il faut réserver sa table du petit déjeuner mais bon la serveuse voudra bien nous installer car il n'y avait qu'un couple dans la salle!!!!!!!! Petit déjeuner inclus dans le prix de la chambre!!!! Nous demandons à la serveuse du matin ce qui est compris, elle nous répondra toute la carte pour apprendre au check out que c'est 18 dollars maxi par personne. Heureusement le petit déjeuner était délicieux ce qui compense le manque d'amabilité & de professionnalisme de l'équipe.
La chambre est très propre, bien équipée, literie confortable seul bémol le bruit & les odeurs de nourriture pendant tout le service, pourquoi ne pas laisser la porte fermée en haut des escaliers ?
Bel emplacement avec parking privatif.
