Mon mari & moi avons dîner au bistro. La nourriture était excellente, la présentation des mets dans les assiettes était très soignée & la carte des vins offrait une variété très satisfaisante. Le gravlax que j'ai mangé en entrée était incontestablement le meilleur que j'ai mangé dans ma vie. Le service était professionnel & courtois. La cuisine de ce resto se compare avantageusement à celle de certains restos étoilés Michelin où nous avons mangé antérieurement. Par ailleurs, le chef fut en mesure d'accommoder mon allergie à l'huile de canola, ce qui témoigne du caractère créatif de la cuisine du chef & de la compétence de ce dernier. La plupart des restos contactés dans la région m'avaient dit ne pas être en mesure d'accommoder mon allergie. Belle découverte.
