Quel magnifique expérience! Un service hors pairs exécuté par Francois. Nous avons été servi comme des rois. Service courtois, avenant, attentionné...( c'est indeniable, pour lui ces une vocation). Ce fut le meilleur service vécu en restauration!] Nourriture plus qu'excellente. Fraîcheur, goût, odeur, présentation des plats, tout y était! Souper 5 services chez Truchon équivaut à un 7 étoiles sans gêne.
