Bonsoir, Nous avons pris 2 repas chez vous cette année: un petit déjeuner lundi le 2 septembre & un souper jeudi le 5 septembre. Le petit-déjeuner était bon: pour moi, omelette Charlevoisienne délicieuse & pour mon conjoint La petite faim: correct. Notre serveur, très gentiment, a accepté de nous servir sur la terrasse (11h15) , celle-ci étant fermée malgré la belle température & notre réservation mentionnant la terrasse, acceptée (la raison principale pour venir prendre le petit-déjeuner....). Il a été parfait pour le service, c'était excellent. Le souper de jeudi soir, sur la terrasse aussi, était excellent: boudin & agneau pour moi ( que j'aimerais bien réussir aussi bien que le fait le chef.....tellement tendre & bien assaisonné), mon conjoint, salade & tartare de boeuf(parfait, bien relevé comme demandé). Nous avons retourné notre demie-bouteille dont le vin était bouchonné & pris pour remplacer un côte du rhône. Encore la, le service était excellent, le serveur poli, sympathique & attentionné, pas trop envahissant, comme nous aimons. Pas de commentaire sur l'hébergement puisque nous avons seulement pris des repas. Vous nous reverrez sûrement comme depuis quelques années!! Merci! Christine Chabot Ste-Adèle
