Avons énormément apprécié l'accueil & le service très courtois & chaleureux. Quant au repas, nous avons trouvé cela gastronomique: fraîcheur des produits, cuisson impeccable & présentation des assiettes mettant très bien en valeur la grande qualité des plats servis. C'est certain que nous y retournerons lors d'un prochain séjour en Charlevoix.
Les petits déjeuners méritent les mêmes compliments.

Le menu de gustatif était délicieux pendant les 5 services. Cuisson à point, tartare relevé & fondant au chocolat aphrodisiac.
Le service était impeccable & la serveuse attentionnée.
Nous devrons encore subir le martyre ce soir pour déguster un second menu gastronomique!!!😂🤗👌

Une note de moins pour l'ambiance puisqu'il nous faut tenir compte des restrictions des règles sanitaires. Cependant, je dois ajouter que les adaptations étaient excellentes.
