We had a business event for 24 people & it was incredible! Everyone agreed that the food was amazing, the service impeccable & we had a lovely evening here. We did not stay so I cannot speak to the rooms, but we would visit again. Such a memorable experience! Thank you to the restaurant for having us. It was a real treat.

I wanted to give it 5 stars but when I reached home right after dinner, I started vomiting & experienced diarrhea which was so bad that I could have landed in a hospital. It went on for around 4 hours & happened at least 15 times. But I have lost count. In the morning vomiting had stopped but still left with bad diarrhea & a bad taste that my trip is literally spoiled. They should investigate why this happened. Date & time was 28th June 2026 at around 9 pm.

Nous sommes allés souper au restaurant chez Truchon hier soir car nous avions vu qu'il avait reçu une étoile Michelin & les photos des repas publiés sur leurs réseaux sociaux nous avait attiré. Quelle publicité trompeuse! Lorsque nous sommes arrivés nous avons était très bien accueilli & servis durant une partie du repas cependant, à partir du moment où le restaurant s'est rempli, notre serveur était malheureusement beaucoup moins présent & a l'écoute de nos besoins. Ensuite, nous avions opté pour le menu dégustation de 5 services avec choix dans le menu. Je dois dire que j'ai aimé la moitié de mes plats seulement. Nous avions bien commencé avec un premier plat appétissant & assez goûteux cependant, à partir du deuxième service, la présentation était beaucoup moins travaillé & il y avait un grand manque de goût pour plusieurs plats notamment les soupes & la viande qui manquait de sauce. Pour ce qui est du digestif, un sorbet à la framboise, j'ai aimé le sorbet mais dire qu'il était à la vodka était un euphémisme puisqu'il ne goûtait en rien l'alcool tel qu'annoncé sur le menu. En ce qui concerne mon dessert, j'y suis allé avec une valeur sûre, un mi cuit au chocolat. Quel ne fut pas ma surprise lorsque le fameux mi cuit est arrivé coulant mais froid à ma table. À peine réchauffer au centre, autant vous dire que je fut très déçue. Donc en résumé service correct, ambiance agréable, la nourriture manquait de saveur & la représentation sur les réseaux sociaux n'est pas représentative de celle des plats servis sur place. Bref je pense que le prix était trop élevé pour l'expérience malheureusement. Cela reste un bon restaurant seulement il n'était pas à la hauteur de mes attentes.
