Le repas & le service étaient tout à fait exceptionnel. Nous voulions absolument nous offrir une expérience gastronomique lors de notre séjour dans la région & nous n'avons pas été déçus. Les plats sont soigneusement présentés & la maîtrise des saveurs en font une table d'exception. Le service tout aussi soigné contribue grandement à l'expérience.

Tout est excellent: cuisine & chambre; Juliette à la réception est un bijou! François superbe au service.

Le restaurant est le seul mentionné dans un article du New York Times sur Charlevoix il y a 1 an: c'est un signe d'excellence!

De plus le restaurant est conseillé par Michelin (sur 3 mentionnés pour Charlevoix!) Vaut le détour.

C'est vraiment bon & bien cuisiné! Bravo! Le dessert de mignardises est affolant! Miam, miam, miam.

L'hébergement était impeccable : chambre confortable, très propre, vue magnifique & ambiance chaleureuse. Le personnel était accueillant, attentionné & toujours prêt à répondre à nos besoins.

Le restaurant a également dépassé nos attentes. Les plats étaient savoureux, bien présentés & préparés avec des ingrédients de qualité. Le service était professionnel tout en restant convivial, ce qui a rendu l'expérience encore plus agréable.

Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation pour un séjour dans Charlevoix. Nous reviendrons assurément!
