Went there for brunch & the crepes are really amazing. We ordered the duck crepe with eggs Ben & the salmon crepe. felt the duck crepe was better. Had a bowl of hot chocolate which was nice & the server made me a hot apple cider off the menu. Superb service! Will definitely recommend a visit!
Delicious crepes! We got the duck confit & la Lutece, with le Tatin for dessert--both were fantastic, crunchy tasty buckwheat. Bottle of cider du Minor was gorgeously layered, with light bubbles--perfect with the meal. Ambiance was warm & charming, service kind & informative. Will definitely be back. & I am picky ;)
Initially I thought I'd made a mistake booking her for dinner coz the place felt like a pub. I was proved weeding very quickly.
The waitress could not have been more helpful & friendly. She's given me a newfound appreciation for cider.
The food was great. It was the best French onion soup I've ever had. Our crepes were delicious. I had the salmon one. Delicious.
The atmosphere was great too. It was really buzzy but not too loud. It was really nice.
I'll definitely return on my next trip to Quebec

The food was fantastic, we had 3 different crepes & all were exceptional. The servers were friendly & went out of their way to help with recommendations. The cider choices were also fantastic. Would recommend to anyone in the area. If you're staying inside the old city it's well worth the walk to go visit.
Le Billing is a perfect place for a delicious, casual meal in Quebec City. The crepes are amazing, very filling. We shared the La Béarn with the duck confit, do not miss this dish & finished with La Tatin apple/vanilla ice cream/caramel sauce, also excellent! I think you could try anything & it would be TASTY! Our waiter, Maxim, was extremely knowledgeable & helpful in making choices. This was especially important when choosing hard cider to try. They have a lovely list & we were very happy with it all! For the money, you cannot beat Le Billig when visiting QC!
We had a great meal. My husband loved the French onion soup. The oysters were perfect. The mixed charcuterie board was fit for foodies- it had a great selection of pate, cheese, pickled delights, & in house smoked salmon. We tried 3 different crepes of different varies- all great. For dessert we tried 2- the crepe suzette & the butter & maple sugar. The crepe suzette was great for my husband & me. Our son enjoyed butter & maple syrup. The bartender provided great recommendations on local beer & cider.
The hostess/server was a joy. Upbeat, always laughing & knew her way around the restaurant. Excellent.
She represents the restaurant well & they are lucky to have her.
I had a crepe. It was ok. The cider was as expected & excellent. Husband had the French onion soup & really enjoyed it.
What I absolutely didn't like was when you pay your bill, the servers tip is a tip inclusive of the 15% tax they add on. In other words, you are paying a tip to the server on the 15% tax which is a TOTAL RIPOFF & should be illegal. The reason I'm just giving a one star is because of the tip scam. The service is a 5 star. The fact that they rip off the customer is a 0 star & needs to be changed. If the restaurant doesn't change this, then take your time & calculate your tip & override the preset tip options. Very disappointing.
