Execution by Chef was awesome. Regarding CX I feel there is place to improvement, paying premium price for this service involves high expectations. -Would expect interaction with Chef who prepared the box just like all 5 stars restaurant does around the world. It didn't happened. - Location is industrial area, indications to their suite is missing from main entry. The building common area would deserve some love. This doesn't feel suited for class of service this experience deserves. - Email communications contained typos, this is rookie mistake & unacceptable - Logo looks like a copycat from Bass Pro Shop, doesn't induce feeling of a sushi high end experience My suggestion to the CX team would be to go have a look at what Tanière 3 does. They set the bar quite high for Quebec City gastronomic experience. This is what I expected based on hype around Fish. CX that was present at the very first Sushi Taxi with awesome staff who were lowering down at your table to chat about suhis with you, chef meeting to explain his delivery... I feel it was all forgotten somehow. CX of the very first Yuzu Quebec downtown was also flawless. Jeff Mondou was some awesome, kudos to him for making my sushis experience incredible for years.

Le concept marche super bien ! Les sushis sont toujours impeccables, superbes au regard & délicieux ! Oh, & en plus, c'est très pratique d'avoir les bouteilles de sauces à la maison :-) Avant j'en manquais tout le temps. :-) Elles sont vides ? tu leur ramènes & ils t'en donnent des pleines :-) Félicitations, FISH ! J'adoooooore !
