Mon resto préféré à Québec. Tout est délicieux & apprêté avec un attention plus que parfaite! Le chef connaît les saveurs sauvages & les prépare comme personne. Chaque repas est une excursion en zone boisée! Sans compter l'expertise incroyable du sommelier!

Pas cher pour la qualité des plats servis. Très bons & beaux. Le cadre est magnifique. Le service excellent, les serveurs sont très compétents & agréables. Je recommande fortement nous avons passé un excellent moment & découvert de nouvelles saveurs.

Brought my golden retriever along last Friday evening & was thrilled to find out La Traite welcomes dogs on their terrace overlooking the Wendake river. The trout dish I ordered was absolutely incredible, fresh & perfectly seasoned in a way that made me want to come back the very next day. Our server was genuinely warm & even brought a little bowl of water for my dog without me having to ask. If you have a pup & want a truly special dining experience in the Quebec City area, this place is hard to beat.

Food was excellent , service? Could have been much better especially when its only to remove plates or fill coffee… & for price? Adults, ok,
Kids??? Omg! Too expensive, especially on line it says 32.50$ for 6-12 years of age, my daughter is 5, & they charged 40$, disappointing
