Menu bien préparé & présenté. Ce serait bien d'avoir un peu plus de légumes & un choix d'entrée sans poisson ni fruits de mer, ni tartare. avoir le choix d'une autre entrée sans avoir à payer un surplus.
Les rénovations sont tellement belles. Félicitations.

It's abundantly clear that there is a very talented chef at the helm. The appetizers were creative & unique, with some rare flavor combinations that really worked. We had the 3 course meal & after the appetizer got a bit worried we would leave hungry. However, the main course was actually a really decent portion, while maintaining a cheffy kind of elegance. The desserts were technical & delicious. I would highly recommend this place, especially if you're staying here at the hotel.

Repas du midi un mardi de décembre. Nous avons commandé le duo aux saveurs autochtones du jour avec une entrée de canard & un plat principal de type chaudrée de morue. Tout (apéro, repas, vin) était délicieux, le service sympathique & l'ambiance exceptionnelle avec vue sur la rivière. Le prix est tout à fait raisonnable pour la qualité de l'expérience offerte.
