Repas trop dispendieux.
Une carte de repas ou un choix de repas moins dispendieux attirerait sûrement plus de personnes à la salle à manger.
Exemple: notre petit déjeuner pour deux a couté plus de 70$.....dispendieux!!!

Toujours un plaisir. Un service impeccable & attentionné, cuisine raffinée. Juste côté ambiance ou personnellement il pourrait y avoir encore un petit plus, mais tel que, c'est quand même fort agréable.

L'entrée tomate boconcchini étais de loin autochtone traditionnelle. En faite le menu en général n'étais pas tant traditionnelle. Accompagnement quasi inexistante, 1 /8 de carotte dans mon assiette c'est gênant. Repas à 190.00 sans alcool en plus. Ça le valais pas dsl.

Tout était très bon au resto.
Seul bémol: le peu de choix à la table d'hôte, soit 2 choix pour le repas principal (table d'hôte): poisson ou viande. Mon mari n'aime pas le poisson alors la 2e journée nous avons mangé à l'extérieur. Avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le sommelier, excellente suggestion de vin.

La quantité de nourriture pour un brunch est vraiment trop réduite. Pourquoi ne pas mettre plus de pommes de terres par exemple ?

Nous avons adoré & retournerons c'est certain. Le service & les plats sont délicieux & original. Le décor est superbe. A essayer une fous dans sa vue.
La beauté du site est enchanteur. Tout y est, musée, hôtel & resto.

4 étoiles pour l'ambiance, belle décoration mais manque d'intimité avec les autres tables alors que le restaurant n'était pas plein, lumière peu chaleureuse malgré le foyer je n'ai pas ressenti d'émotions malgré un repas savoureux
