Très joli cadre & service rapide. Nous avons commandé les planches de dégustation du pêcheur & du chasseur. Nous avons été déçus car au vu du standing, nous nous attendions à un peu plus de recherche culinaire. C'était bon mais gustativement très banal.

I did not feel the meal not good value. The room is lovely, the service is good, but the food was mediocre. The amuse-bouche & tomato & burrata salad could have been so much better if they were not prepared in advance & not served ice cold. I had the arctic char - it was tasty, but not great. My husband's bison was very good. The desserts were good, but again not great & for the amount being charged the meal should be great.

Great service & super server. Had the 4 course dinner & left totally satisfied. Most accommodating when we had to change our reservation time. Highly recommend the restaurant.

Le vin choisi n'était pas disponible.
Mise à jour quotidienne de la carte des vins serait souhaitable.
Surtout qu'elle est présentée sur un IPad.

Le service était déplorable . Vraiment dommage car la cuisine était elle elle exceptionnelle mais notre expérience a été gâchée par une succession de maladresse.

La serveuse commence à nous parler & arrête son explication au milieu d'une phrase & part faire autre chose ... pas une mais 3 fois ... nous étions toujours dans l'attente.
- aucune eau servie pendant tout le repas...exception faite à notre arrivée ... verre trop rempli eau débordant sur la nappe ...
- elle échappe une fourchette à terre ... qu'elle laisse à terre . Nous ne l'avons ramassée
- elle s'excuse & repart parler à une autre personne ... sans finir sa phrase ...
- pas de salière je les ai prise sur une autre table
- pas de petite bougie je l'ai récupérée sur une autre table
- j'ai dû me servir mon champagne moi même tout au long du repas ... j'étais mon serveur ...
- je demande du pain traditionnel elle nous dit qu'il n'y en a plus.
5 mn plus tard un serveur passe & je lui demande du pain... il revient avec la même panière de notre serveuse & nous sert du pain traditionnel ! Il y en avait pourquoi notre serveuse nous a dit qu'il met en avait plus ?!?!
- nous sommes partis pas d'au revoir.

J'ai cherché par tous les moyens à ne laisser aucun pourboire ! J'ai dû laisser 1$ symbolique tant nous avons été mal reçus.

Pourtant la nourriture & la cuisine étaient exceptionnelle ; il est inadmissible qu'autant d'efforts soient piétinés vu par un tel laxisme.

Je suis désolée pour vous.

Wonderful meal! Best meal we had in Quebec! Food was delicious, did the 3 course ! Loved the ambience of the restaurant. Parking so convenient.
