Super service, nourriture extra avec une multitude de goûts différents dans l'assiette. Un sommelier compétent, intéressant & gentil. Un véritable voyage culinaire dans la culture autochtone. Je recommande!

Excellent service. Nourriture exceptionnelle; nous ne mangeons pas de viandes & les choix végétariens, de fruits de mer & de poisson nous ont grandement satisfaits. On a bien hâte d'y retourner très bientôt! Merci pour cette merveilleuse expérience!

Fantastic atmosphere & delightful service. Jimmy recommended a very nice red from Nk' Mip vineyards in B.C. & we were not disappointed! It paired very well with the tasting menu (Table des Saisons) & would have been great as a stand-alone.

The Sagamité des Trois Soeurs & Cod dishes really stood out as quite excellent, the dried lavender on the fish being a nice touch. Our only issue was the mushroom panna cotta, which was maybe too mild on the mushroom flavour, & was less punchy than we would have expected for a finishing note.

All in all, a wonderful experience that we are looking forward to coming back & trying again. Thank you to everyone at La Traite for a lovely evening!
